Registration includes all receptions, breakfasts, and lunches for attendees. The dinner on Monday evening requires the purchase of a separate ticket.

Scholarships: MATRC awards scholarships based on the availability of funds provided through contributions from individuals and companies. Our desire is for anyone wishing to attend the MATRC Annual Summit to be able to do so. Scholarships may be applied toward registration fees. Priority will be given to full-time students and individuals who work in non-profit organizations or government organizations whose mission is to serve rural and/or underserved populations. Please complete and e-mail the MATRC Annual Summit Scholarship Fund Request Form to Anita Browning at Anita.Browning@virginia.edu on/before midnight February 24, 2017. Scholarship award recipients will be notified by email on/before March 3, 2017. Recipients must follow the instructions for registration found in the email, and complete their registration on/before March 10, 2017.
Cancellation: Refunds will be issued for cancellations up until March 31, 2017. There will be a $65 processing fee to cover credit card charges, etc. There will be no refunds issued for cancellations after March 31, but an alternate attendee may be substituted.
