STAR Telehealth Certified Telemedicine Clinical Presenter (CTCP) and/or Certified Telehealth Coordinator (CTC) courses with a corresponding STAR Telehealth Hands On Lab
By registering for either of these courses in conjunction with the MATRC Summit, participants will save $54.00 off the standard price of $299, reducing the cost to $245.00. Each student must complete the online portion of the course work prior to the MATRC Summit in order to participate in the hands-on lab. The lab will be held during the pre-summit activities, and is limited to 15 people per session. Space is limited so register today!

Scholarships: MATRC awards scholarships based on the availability of funds provided through contributions from individuals and companies. Our desire is for anyone wishing to attend the MATRC Annual Summit to be able to do so. Scholarships may be applied toward registration fees. Priority will be given to full-time students and individuals who work in non-profit organizations or government organizations whose mission is to serve rural and/or underserved populations.
Please complete the MATRC Annual Summit Scholarship Fund Request Form and upload here on/before midnight February 28, 2018. Scholarship award recipients will be notified by email on/before March 15, 2018. Recipients must follow the instructions for registration found in the email, and complete their registration on/before March 30, 2018.
Cancellations: Refunds will be issued for cancellations up until March 30, 2018. There will be a $65 processing fee to cover credit card charges, etc. There will be no refunds issued for cancellations after March 30, but an alternate attendee may be substituted.
