Deborah received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Kentucky and a Paralegal degree from Western Kentucky University. She has over 15 years of nursing experience, with over 8 years working directly in the Telehealth field. She is currently serving as the Telemedicine Specialty Clinic Coordinator in Lexington Kentucky.  Deborah has been published in a Nursing journal, taught nursing clinicals for Midway University, and currently co-leads the Telehealth Advisory Group for the Federal Bureau of Prisons.
