He is the founder of the Board Certification in Telemental Health, creating nine peer-reviewed, evidence-based, multi-disciplinary courses. As a licensed counselor and supervisor, he founded Behavioral Health Innovation and later the telehealth software AdaptiveTelehealth.com. He also serves as a telehealth subject matter expert, consultant, trainer, and implementation partner for the Mid-Atlantic Telehealth Resource Center, universities, and health departments, and directs the Telebehavioral Health Center of Excellence and the MATRC.org website.
