Southwest Virginia Community Health Systems, Behavioral Health Director

Marcy Rosenbaum, LCSW, CSAC is the Behavioral Health and New Day Recovery Director for Southwest Virginia Community Health Systems which operates four federally qualified healthcare centers. She directs their integrated behavioral health services as well as 3 New Day Recovery sites that provide Office Based Addiction Treatment (OBAT) for substance use disorders specializing in opioid use disorder. She is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Certified Substance Abuse Counselor, and has a Masters in Social Work from Radford University with over 34 years in the field. She has experience in program development and management, direct clinical practice with mental health and substance use disorders, and integrated medication assisted treatment services. She has also provided training for local, state, and national organizations including Radford University, National Association of Social Work, Virginia Association of Social Work, Virginia Community Healthcare Association, and the Virginia Health Care Foundation.
