Our MATRC Summits are focused on the quality of connections that lead to continued discussions

In response to participant feedback, the #MATRC2026 Welcome & Networking Reception will start with a 90-minute Collaboration Zone—a dedicated space to connect participants with our Technology and Service Collaborators.

This format was intentionally designed to increase table traffic and create deeper conversations through demonstrations, real-world use cases, and candid dialogue. Participants consistently tell us they are more likely to engage with collaborators when they know they won’t immediately be drawn into a sales discussion. During this time, collaborators are asked to temporarily set aside pricing sheets, contract discussions and lead
capture (unless requested), creating a space where curiosity – not sales pressure – drives the conversation.

Following the Collaboration Zone, the reception transitions into open exhibit networking, allowing conversations to naturally move toward implementation, partnerships, pricing and next steps for the remainder of the summit. Expect higher engagement, more meaningful conversations, and increased visibility

As a full Summit participant and exhibitor, included in all Sponsorship Levels, you will immerse yourself in all Summit activities including:

  • Welcome & Networking Reception + Collaboration Zone (Monday): Kick off the Summit by engaging in a structured, high-energy environment designed to drive meaningful conversations, demonstrations, and authentic connections.
  • Plenary, Keynote, and Breakout Sessions: Join alongside participants in thought-provoking sessions featuring real-world use cases, emerging innovations, and collaborative dialogue.
  • Integrated Networking Opportunities: Meals, breaks, and receptions are intentionally designed to maximize interaction and keep traffic flowing through the Innovation Hall.
  • Tuesday Evening Networking & Awards Dinner (optional): Continue building relationships in a relaxed, celebratory setting.
  • Summit App & Digital Presence: Customize your profile and leverage the Summit app to showcase your work, connect with participants, and extend engagement beyond the exhibit space.

This approach creates an environment where collaborators are not just seen – but meaningfully engaged.

2026 Sponsors will have the opportunity to choose their exhibit location on a first-come, first-served basis! Register now to reserve your spot in line!
