About Registration Fees

We’ve designed a tiered, trust-based pricing model to make the MATRC Summit accessible while ensuring long-term sustainability. Rates are aligned with professional roles and typical organizational resources, and are intentionally set below comparable conferences.

Please select the option that best reflects your role and circumstances.

Standard Registration | $595: Physicians, executives, senior administrators, industry representatives, vendors, consultants, and staff from large health systems.

Discounted Rate A | $495: Nurse practitioners, physician assistants, psychologists, registered nurses, occupational, physical, speech, and audiology therapists, and administrators from small nonprofit healthcare organizations.

Discounted Rate B | $395: Government employees, social workers, professional counselors, medical residents, therapy assistants and aides, healthcare IT support specialists, and mid-level managers in small clinics or community based organizations.

Discounted Rate C | $195: Students and trainees, healthcare assistants and technicians, support staff, retirees, and low-income registrants.

Payment is accepted in the form of check or credit card. If you are mailing a check, the postmark cutoff date is July 15, 2026.

Cancellation Policy

Full refund minus a $75 administrative fee through July 21, 2026
Partial (50%) refund for cancellations beginning July 22, 2026
Registrations may be transferred to another individual at any time at no cost
